This signature caramel was born from a blend of fresh cream, pale butter and crystalline sugar, then finished with flakes of Maldon sea salt for a satisfying crunch. Seriously, these tender caramels are like nothing you’ve ever had before.
Founder & head chef, Justin Chao started Le Bon Garcon in 2010 inspired by a year abroad in Paris learning French confectionery technique. His unique flavors are inspired by his childhood spent in LA Chinatown and the dynamic flavors he fell in love with there.
